Refund policy

All sales are final. Returns will not be accepted unless the items are defective or damaged. To return a damaged/defective item, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery. Item(s) must be returned within 10 days. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price using the original method of payment. If your item is lost or damaged during transit, please get in contact with us at admin@shangrilalane.com and we will file a claim and get you a replacement.
